Casa Calapanizo is located at the sea with direct beach access and offers a marvellous view over the bay of San Juan de los Terreros. This beautiful house is surrounded by a gorgeous garden of over 7.000 qm size planted with groves of pines and palm trees, oleander, roses, hibiscus, laurel and many more. The villa has been constructed as private home by an Austrian architect in Andalusian style. In the middle is a homely patio located and to the sea side beautiful views can be enjoyed from the protected terrace.
You can walk on the beach side until San Juan de los Terreros, hike in the morning in the mountains or jog through the colony. Various beautiful golf courses are in the approximate surroundings.
The house offers all imaginable luxury and comfort: ones own kitchen including stove and dish washer, a large living room with open fire place and a comfortable sitting corner, a large table to eat as well as a flat screen TV, 4 bed rooms and 3 bath rooms.
After all the stress of the daily life you are looking forward to spend some quite and relaxing vacations. Then you have chosen with Cala Panizo the right location. You will wake up in the morning listen to the singing of the birds and the sound of the rushing sea. Enjoy then a delicious breakfast on the terrace with view over the sea. In the afternoon you can spend some time at the beach side, swim in the clear water or go for a round of golf.
